Check-in/Check-out Procedures

Check-in window is between 3:00PM and 9:00 PM on your arrival day.  Door has a keypad entry. Code to access smart dead bolt lock will be sent the morning of your arrival. Check-Out is 10:00AM

What is your cancellation policy?

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. Partial refund if fewer than 30 days and new guest is found.

Are pets allowed?​

Although we love our furry friends, the home owners association does not allow pets.

​

Are there additional fees?

Each stay will have a cleaning fee of $180.00.  This goes to our incredibly hard working cleaning service!

Is smoking prohibited?

Yes. Smoking, Vaping and e-cigarettes are not allowed in the villa or on the patio.

​

What is the maximum number of guests allowed?

The villa can accommodate up to 6 guests. No extra charges based on number of guests.  6 guests would be the same charge for 2 guests.

​

Do I need to bring my own bed linens and towels?

No, all bed linens and bath towels are provided!  As our guest, all you need to bring are beach towels!

​

Will I be provided information prior to my arrival about the space and location?

You will receive our Welcome packet  prior to your arrival. Information includes: parking instructions, the access code to the door lock, the internet information along with much, much more!
