Check-in/Check-out Procedures

Check-in window is between 3:00PM and 9:00 PM (let me know if you need a check-in outside those hours). You'll receive the code for our smart deadbolt lock on the morning of your arrival. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. We hope you enjoy your stay.

​Are pets allowed?​

Although we love our furry friends, the home owners association does not allow pets.

​

Are there additional fees?

Each stay will have a cleaning fee of $180.00.  This goes to our incredibly hard working cleaning service!

Is smoking allowed in the villa?

No, smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are not allowed in the villa. We want to ensure a clean and healthy environment for all our guests.

What is the maximum number of guests allowed?

The villa can accommodate up to 6 guests. No extra charges based on number of guests.  6 guests would be the same charge for 2 guests.

Are bed linens and towels provided?

No need to worry about bed linens and bath towels – we've got you covered! Just remember to pack your beach towels for some fun in the sun.

Will I be provided information prior to my arrival about the space and location?

Absolutely! We'll send you a Welcome Packet before you arrive. It includes everything you need: driving directions from the airport, parking instructions, the door lock access code, internet details, and much more to ensure a smooth arrival!

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer a partial refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If you book fewer than 30 days before check-in, you can get a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, we provide a 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in.
